Deposit:

A deposit of 30% of the total value of your booking must be paid upon confirmation through our official booking site or when booking through our staff.

We accept VISA and Mastercard & AMEX.
Payment by bank transfer is also possible.

Mon-Sat: 08:00-11:00
Sun: 08:00-11:00

Cancellations:

Due to our family size of only 8 rooms, every cancellation has a noticeable impact on our small boutique hotel. We ask for your
understanding that we have to charge a
fee in the event of a cancellation. We recommend stipulating a travel insurance.

full refund
-Up to 7 days before arrival:
50% refund
-Less than 7 days before arrival:
No refund possible

Pets:

Pets are not permitted at Villa Alma.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the entire indoor
area of Villa Alma.
